Objective

Vide Infra has been approached by British Airways USA for developing a trade extranet solution for North America that would allow one of the leading global airlines to communicate with the preferred sales agents online, saving time and effort, and achieving more effective results. The website had to be synchronized with enterprise customer database and provide sophisticated content personalization and newsletter management.

Implementation

Deploying SiteSupra platform Vide Infra developed a powerful content management solution equipped with a number of robust web applications that includes content personalization and distribution online and via the email, as well as statistics gathering and analyzing applications. Among the regular content the Public Site provides also special functional features available depending on user profile. The graphic design and the content for the website have been prepared by the UK-based TMW agency.

What the client says

“The British Airways PSA Microsite was designed to serve a high-value market segment via a secured on-line environment. To successful implementation of this website required Vide Infra to integrate SiteSupra Content Management System with our current internal contact database software and our current server set-up. To goal of the website was to increase revenue and brand equity while still allowing our sales account managers with the autonomy to choose which communications were best suited for each of their accounts.

Vide Infra was very amenable to several last minute change and new requirements and worked diligently to ensure these could be incorporated before the launch. While we did have some server, email, process complications after launch, as happens with most new programs, Vide Infra was very responsive to our feedback and worked quickly to resolve any outstanding issues.

Overall, we were very pleased with the work provided and we would gladly recommend them for future work inside or outside the company.”
